By using BestToolHub ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BestToolHub provides free online tools for working with PDF documents, images, QR codes and text. The tools are provided "as is" with no subscription and no sign-up required.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BestToolHub to:

  • Process content that is illegal under the laws of your jurisdiction (including copyrighted material you do not have the right to modify).
  • Upload malware, viruses, or any file designed to harm our infrastructure or other users.
  • Abuse the service with automated traffic, scraping, or excessive bulk processing that degrades performance for other users.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or exploit security vulnerabilities in our systems.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to the files you process through BestToolHub. We claim no ownership, licence or interest in your content. As described in our Privacy Policy, files are deleted immediately after processing.

5. File Size and Usage Limits

To ensure fair usage and fast processing for everyone, we enforce per-tool file size limits (typically 50–100 MB for PDF tools and 20 MB for image tools). These limits may change without notice as we tune server capacity.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce output suitable for any particular purpose. Always keep original copies of important files.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BestToolHub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, corrupted output, or lost profits.

8. Advertising

BestToolHub may display advertisements to cover operational costs. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content of any third-party ad.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
